Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

For larger items like doors and windows, delivery is via specialist freight carriers. A specific delivery date will be arranged with you by phone or email.
Delivery Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
- For large items, a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery for large items.
Failed Delivery
If you are not available to accept delivery and the carrier returns the item to us, you may be charged for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jardinia.shop with your order number and photos of any damage.
