Return and Refund
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns (Change of Mind)
To be eligible for a refund if you change your mind, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of cancellation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
The following items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind:
- Made-to-measure or custom-made doors/windows
- Products that have been installed, fitted, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Important: If sale items are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange in such cases.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive faulty or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A full refund if items are faulty and returned within 30 days
- Repair or replacement (after 30 days)
- Compensation for any reasonable losses
We will cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)
- If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are liable for items until they reach us.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable if you chose a premium delivery service (e.g., next day delivery).
Refunds
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof of return).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We may deduct from the refund if the goods are damaged or missing parts due to your handling (beyond simply opening the package to inspect).
Price Differences for Exchanges
If you are returning an item because you want to exchange it for a different product:
- If the new item costs more, you pay the difference before we dispatch
- If the new item costs less, we refund the difference once we receive your return

How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@jardinia.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with the returns address and any instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to us (using a tracked service recommended)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days
